1. 'Seaside Cottage' is let on condition that it is returned at the end of the week in the same condition that it was found at the beginning. We reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if necessary.
2. The number of people occupying 'Seaside Cottage' should not exceed two.
3. An Inventory of Contents is supplied in 'Seaside Cottage' and you should check this at the start of your holiday. Any discrepancies should be reported at this stage. The person renting 'Seaside Cottage is responsible for the contents of the cottage and will be liable to replace any items missing or damaged.
4. We will provide linen and coal and peat for the fire. 'Seaside Cottage' has central heating and electricity is included in the price
5. You should let us know in advance your estimated time of arrival at 'Leachin House'. If you find that you are late or lost, please telephone 01859 502157
6. Bookings normally run on a Saturday to Saturday basis. In order to allow us to check 'Seaside Cottage' between bookings it should be vacated by 10.00 am and it will be ready for occupation by 4.00 pm.
7. Dogs and pets are NOT permitted.
8. There is NO SMOKING in 'Seaside Cottage'.
9. The basic weekly rental prices are specified in our brochure. £150 per week is payable at the time of booking and the balance to be paid one month before arrival.
10. In the case of cancellations the full charges for the weeks booked will be charged unless we are able to re-let the cancelled period in full for 'Seaside Cottage'. In the event that we do manage to re-let the cancelled period we are prepared to refund the Charges paid for the original booking Less The Deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover this eventuality.
11. All prices per week - Saturday 4.00 pm. to Saturday 10.00 am. Prices include VAT, linen, electricity and coal.
